Sanding is not a simple task. It is hard and takes a lot of time to do right way. A good finish and color comes from good sanding. It is not simply a work done using a machine, but it is necessary to examine the characteristics and condition of the wood and select a work method and finish suitable for the situation.
We will try to find the color and finish that customers want, and we will find the best work direction for the site situation and the condition of the floor.

Total Timber Flooring Service
New or Existing floor SANDING
You can sand the old and worn floor and redesign the whole house with a variety of finishes and colors. We work in a direction that can satisfy the characteristics of the floor, the site situation, and the needs of the customer as much as possible. Clean up the site before and after work and connect all equipment to the dust collector to proceed with the work.
New Floor INSTALL with Sub-floor Prep
We offer new flooring installation services. All foundation work, including removal of the existing floor, waterproofing and leveling work is carried out together. Even with good quality solid wood or engineered flooring, a good quality installation cannot be achieved without proper foundation work. We do not neglect or skip important foundational tasks. In particular, in the case of solid wood, it is very important to proceed in accordance with the basic work and sequence because shrinkage and expansion are made according to the moisture content.
REPAIR damaged floor and MAINTENANCE & CARE
The parquet floor, no matter how strong the finish, still requires careful and continuous maintenance. In particular, oil-finished floors require regular cleaning and maintenance. This is a way to maintain the beauty and naturalness of the floor and extend its lifespan. Reworking (sanding and refinishing)the entire floor is time consuming and expensive. We provide proper floor cleaning and regular care service after finishing.
We also provide services to repair damaged floors, but regular maintenance and cleaning are important to keep your floor.
Engineered Floor Re-finishing
Engineered floors have many advantages over solid floors. But it requires constant management and understanding of it. Depending on the product, sanding is possible, but there are products that are not, so site visits and inspections are absolutely necessary. If necessary, the work can be carried out without sanding by machine cleaning and refinishing.
Custom Colour STAINING
Staining wood is completely different from painting. Staining is the process of changing the color and at the same time further emphasizing the characteristics and beauty of the wood grain. Even after staining with black, we can still see the grain of the wood and see the patterns and natural colors of the wood.
Also, even if the color is the same, a completely different color may come out depending on the condition and age of the wood. Therefore, after sanding, we conduct various samplings directly with customers on site.
Producting Custom Hand Crafted Boards
Solid wood can produce various and special effects. Colors and textures can be varied as well. Sometimes things going on in the field are limited. Because each wood has a different grain and color and also has tenin, the result will vary depending on the type of finishing material, and we cannot control all of it.
Therefore, we produce finished products from solid wood according to the specific needs of our customers.
